Mindful Mending

Picture this: You got a hole in your favorite sweater and you're not ready to cut ties with it. "This still has so much life in it" you say to yourself. Luckily, you have a friend who told you about Mindful Mending at the UEC - this magical place where you sip hot tea around a fireplace and chat with your neighbors, all while repairing your favorite sweater. Did we mention it's free? Materials and supplies provided but feel free to bring any projects you’re working on. All skill levels welcome!

When: Every other Wednesday at 4 p.m.
Where: Urban Ecology Center (Riverside Park)
